About the Inn
The Inn at Sugar Hollow is a classic country inn, located in the heart of Sugar Hollow along the Moormans River, West of Charlottesville, Virginia in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Inn is surrounded by protected wild forest lands, with abundant wildlife. Miles of trails, public and private, are available to guests at the Inn, as is fishing in the Moormans River when conditions are suitable.
The purpose of the Inn at Sugar Hollow is to serve as a respite for busy people working to make a difference in the world. We especially cater to non-profit organizations and teams, offering space and accommodations conducive to deep engagement and revitalizing spirit.
Non-profit organizations and teams can request the use of the inn at no cost. We ask only that organizations and teams cover their own costs of food and cleaning.
Note: Sugar Hollow is a remote location, and some amenities are not consistently available. Guests are advised to exercise caution when using the inn and surrounding grounds. Wildlife is abundant and can be dangerous.
We are sorry that pets (except for licensed guardian animals) are not permitted.
